Research Scientist (Video Generation)

Location: San Francisco

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year + RSU

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art generative models for video creation.
• Conduct cutting-edge research in generative adversarial networks (GANs), diffusion models, or related techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate video generation models into production pipelines.
• Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong background in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Jax
• Expertise in video processing and generation, including temporal modeling and quality optimization.
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML).
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
